Fall
I do good things, why would I go to hell?

Although we were created to have relationship with God, we have rejected this by our actions, which the Bible calls sin. We do this by selfish actions and attitudes and by disobeying God.

Everyone has sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.
Romans 3:23

How much good is good enough?

Its not about how much good you do, but if you are innocent or guilty.

For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it.
James 2:10
James 2:10

Isn’t God a forgiving God?

Try as we might, there is a broken relationship between us and God until the penalty is paid.
He is a forgiving God. But he is also a just God and there is a penalty for disobeying his rules (the 10 Commandments).

The wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ
Romans 6:23
Romans 6:23

Why does God allow bad things to happen to good people?

As hard as it is to acknowledge, we must remember that there are no ‘good people’. All of us are inflicted with sin and break the 10 commandments. As Jesus said, “No one is good – no not one” – Luke 18:19

If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us
1 John 1:8
1 John 1:8
Surely there is not a righteous man on earth who does good and never sins
Ecclesiastes 7:20
